COMETA

After leading multi-regional teams at Total Energy and BP, as well as managing various businesses in the South African energy sector, Brett Pritchard founded Cometa. Following the successful completion of numerous projects across South Africa, we acquired our first export offtake with an international blue-chip client. Having proven our capabilities at this scale, we grew from strength to strength, with a succession of notable years. Subsequently, we established our present-day headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. This division of the company now serves as a marketing and advisory support for the South African team, which has shifted its focus to logistics and procurement.

IPP MINING

IPP began as a sole proprietorship in 1996, initially focused on the construction industry. Over time, we expanded into plant hire, bulk earthworks, and opencast mining, eventually evolving into full mine ownership—now our core area of operation.

Trammo is a leading international physical commodity trader at the heart of the global supply chain. We market, trade, distribute and transport raw materials critical to the fertilizer, petrochemical and mining industries. We also own and operate production assets and terminals (Nitric Acid – North Bend, Ohio and Ammonia – Meredosia and Niota, Illinois) and operate other industrial facilities in the U.S., have an ownership interest in a terminal in the Republic of Georgia (Sulphur and Finished Fertilizers – Port of Batumi) and lease a tank and pipeline at a facility in China (Ammonia – Nanjing, Jiangsu).
